Technology: Social Media and Justice Courts (1 Hour)

This class describes current social media, YouTube, Twitter, FaceBook, and how judges are using them today, including social media and judicial ethics, how juries and witnesses may abuse the social media during trials and jury deliberations and what to do about it.

Technology: On-Line Death Reporting (2 Hours)

Taught by the Office of Court Administration, this class instructs judges and court clerks how to use state mandated OCA software program to report deaths. Class will also describe needed hardware, possible vendor options, and types of software training associated with on line reporting in addition to OCA training.
